Job summary

Teaching Personnel is seeking an experienced SEN Teaching Assistant for a specialist secondary school in the Redhill area. This full‑time position starts in September and offers a supportive environment where every day is an opportunity to help students succeed.

You will provide 1:1 and small group support for pupils with Autism, ADHD, SEMH and related needs, assisting with learning, communication and emotional regulation, and working alongside teachers and therapists to deliver personalised

SEN Teaching Assistant – Specialist Secondary SEN School

Redhill Area | Monday to Friday | 8:15 am – 4:45 pm | Full‑Time | September Start

Are you an experienced SEN Teaching Assistant looking for your next opportunity this September? Join a supportive specialist secondary SEN school in the Redhill area where every day is an opportunity to make a real difference.

This welcoming school supports students with a range of additional needs, including Autism, ADHD, SEMH and associated learning difficulties. We are looking for compassionate and proactive Teaching Assistants who are passionate about helping young people succeed both inside and outside the classroom.

The Role
