Job summary

Teaching Personnel is seeking an experienced SEN Teaching Assistant for a specialist secondary school in the Redhill area. This full‑time position starts in September and offers a supportive environment where every day is an opportunity to help students succeed.

You will provide 1:1 and small group support for pupils with Autism, ADHD, SEMH and related needs, assisting with learning, communication and emotional regulation, and working alongside teachers and therapists to deliver personalised

Redhill Area | Monday to Friday | 8:15 am – 4:45 pm | Full‑Time | September Start

We are looking for compassionate and proactive Teaching Assistants who are passionate about helping young people succeed both inside and outside the classroom.
