Qualifications

Responsibilities

  • Strategic SEND Leadership: Manage and evaluate SEND provision to guarantee that all legal and statutory requirements are met.
  • Inclusion Strategies: Lead for pupil premium, disadvantaged students, Foundational Knowledge, LAC, and EAL responsibility.
  • Team Management: Lead and line-manage Teaching Assistants and Interventions Lead.
  • Teaching Allocation: Maintain a small teaching load of approximately 16 out of 50 periods.
  • Leadership Contribution: Participate in school self-evaluation, development planning, and whole-school duties.
