Esland is committed to transforming children's lives by providing exceptional specialist services. Our schools support vulnerable young people aged 8-18 with SEMH, helping them reach their potential and develop independence.
Our Teaching Assistants (TAs) work alongside class teachers to support students, some of whom may display challenging behaviors due to trauma and SEMH needs. You may work with individuals or small groups, supporting a broad, balanced, and functional curriculum.
This role requires flexibility and the willingness to undertake other duties as delegated. Employment is contingent upon satisfactory disclosure, right to work, and references, following government regulations and Safer Recruitment practices.
