Role: SEMH Teaching Assistant

As a SEMH Teaching Assistant, you will work directly with pupils and young people, helping to ensure they get the best from their education. You will assist in preparing learning materials, running classroom activities, and supporting their emotional and physical needs to help them develop and engage with the world.

This role involves supporting pupils with complex Social Emotional Mental Health (SEMH) needs. You will be part of a supportive, experienced team and will have the opportunity to make a significant positive impact on their lives.

Requirements
  • GCSE C or above (or equivalent) in English and Maths
  • Adaptability to work in various classroom roles, indoors and outdoors
  • A caring, responsive approach to support individual needs
