Duties

• Provide tailored support to children with special educational needs, including those with autism and disabilities, to promote their academic and social development
• Assist teachers in implementing individualized education plans (IEPs) and behavior management strategies
• Support children during classroom activities, including lessons, playtime, and transitions, ensuring a safe and engaging environment
• Foster positive communication and social skills through one-on-one interaction and group activities
• Support toddlers and young children by providing care that encourages independence and confidence
• Help monitor progress and report on student development to teachers and specialists
• Maintain a nurturing atmosphere that promotes inclusion, respect, and understanding among all students
