Qualifications

While experience with a variety of needs is a plus, what really matters is your drive to go above and beyond for every child.

What We’re Looking For:

1. Experience working 1:1 or in classes with children with SEN
2. Bonus points if you’re trained or have experience in safeguarding, Makaton, PECS, or Team Teach
3. A genuine passion for working with SEN children
4. Flexibility, proactivity, and an endless supply of patience
5. A team player who communicates effectively with others
6. Full-time commitment (you’re in it for the long haul!)

What You’ll Need:

1. Enhanced DBS on the update service (or be willing to get one)
2. OCC if you’ve lived abroad for more than 6 months in the last 5 years
3. An up-to-date CV with your full career history
4. Hands-on experience working with children
