We are looking for nurturing and highly motivated SEN Teaching Assistants to join our wonderful team. If you’re a committed individual, who enjoys supporting children in their pursuit of personal bests, then we can offer you work in our schools.
As one of our SEN Teaching Assistants, we will look to bring you consistent work, all whilst allowing you to build a real connection with your children. You will be supporting children with SEN requirements and will need to be a patient and caring individual.

CONTRACT/POSITION DETAILS
Location: Bristol
Position: SEN Teaching Assistant
Type of work: Carry out professional duties, responsible for group support/1:1 support, ensure the safety and welfare of pupils, 1:1 care, ASD support, ASD trained
Start Date: Immediate
Rate of pay : £100 – £115 p/d, subject to assignment
Hours: 08:30 – 16:00
EXPERIENCE
*Level 3 Teaching Assistant Qualification (not essential)
*Experience of working with various SEND conditions
*Experience of inclusive classroom practice
*Understanding how to fully support the teacher in the classroom
*Previous experience of supporting learning using a range of strategies, both with groups and on a 1:1 basis
TO BE ELIGIBLE FOR THIS ROLE THROUGH PROSPERO TEACHING, YOU MUST:
Hold right to work in the UK
Hold and enhanced child barred list DBS certificate registered with the online update service or be willing to process a new application
Provide two professional child related references
