Reed Education is recruiting for a SEN Teaching Assistant in Hassocks to support students with autism in a welcoming, well-resourced secondary setting.
You will work 1:1 and in small groups, assisting with academic and life skills while collaborating with teachers and on-site therapy staff to deliver tailored support.

We are currently working in partnership with a highly regarded specialist secondary school in the Hassocks area, supporting students with autism. This welcoming and well-resourced setting provides a calm, structured environment where both students and staff are supported to thrive.
The school benefits from small class sizes and an excellent staff-to-student ratio, allowing you to work closely with learners on both a 1:1 basis and in small groups. You'll be part of a collaborative team, working alongside experienced teachers and on-site therapy professionals to provide tailored support that makes a real impact.
