Job summary

The Redhill Academy is seeking an Apprentice Teaching Assistant to support learning for students with additional needs. You will work under the guidance of the SENCo, assisting teachers and helping manage classroom activities to enable inclusion and progress.

This on-site role offers opportunities for professional development through the Redhill Teaching Hub, with progression along the apprentice pay scale and a strong emphasis on safeguarding and student welfare.
