Job summary

Teaching Personnel in Redhill, Surrey, is seeking dedicated staff to support SEN schools for ages 5–18, across Redhill and surrounding areas. Roles include Teaching Assistants, Learning Support Assistants, and HLTA, with flexible long-term, short-term, and permanent contracts.

You will work in warm, supportive settings, collaborating with therapists, behaviour specialists and families to provide holistic support, with paid weekly rates and opportunities for specialist SEN training and CPD.

Responsibilities

• Support pupils with SEN in classrooms and during activities.

• Attend relevant training to enhance SEN knowledge and practice.
