Job summary

Paragon Education in Solihull is seeking an enthusiastic SEN Teacher for a long-term position in a specialist school. You will deliver engaging, differentiated lessons for pupils with ASC, MLD and SLD, supporting their confidence and learning while promoting SEMH awareness.

You'll develop Individual Education Plans (IEPs), monitor pupil progress, and collaborate with support staff, parents and external agencies to ensure the best possible outcomes in a safe, inclusive classroom.
