Qualifications

• Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
• Have experience working with pupils with SEN, SEMH and complex behavioural needs.
• Be confident managing challenging behaviour using positive behaviour strategies and de-escalation techniques.
• Adapt lessons and learning activities to meet the needs of pupils of different ages and abilities.
• Build positive, trusting relationships and establish clear boundaries and routines.
• Demonstrate patience, resilience, flexibility and a nurturing approach.
• Be committed to supporting pupils' academic progress, emotional regulation and personal development.

Responsibilities

• Deliver lessons to a small group of pupils with SEN and SEMH needs.
