Prospero Teaching is seeking a dedicated teacher to join an off-site provision, delivering targeted Maths and English to a small group of pupils. The role focuses on differentiated lessons and supporting pupils with social and emotional needs.

The ideal candidate holds QTS or equivalent, has SEN/SEMH experience, and can manage challenging behaviour with patience and empathy. You will collaborate with support staff to re-engage pupils with education and help them build confidence.

Qualifications

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Teach a small group of about four pupils in an off-site provision.
• Plan and deliver engaging Maths and English lessons.
• Support pupils with behavioural, emotional and social needs.
• Adapt teaching to meet individual learning needs.
• Create a positive, nurturing learning environment.
• Work with support staff to ensure appropriate pupil support.
• Help pupils re-engage with education and build confidence.
