Job Description:

If you are an experienced teacher looking for rewarding work in an SEN school, Prospero Teaching is recruiting for class teachers to work with an organization that provides both residential and educational support to young people with complex learning and medical needs. This role is full-time and involves personal support for children and young adults, creating an environment where students can achieve their full potential and have fun.

Contract / Position Details:

• Location – Gorton
• Position – SEND Teacher
• Start date – Sept 2024
• Duration – Long term, Ongoing
• Full time/part-time – Full Time
• Minimum pay rate – GBP 165+
• Hours – 08:30 – 15:30

Experience, Training, and Qualifications:

• Previous experience working with students with SEND, PMLD, Autism, or ADHD – Preferred
• Experience in a school or similar setting
• QTS, PGCE, or equivalent qualification
• Up-to-date Safeguarding training issued in the last year (desirable but not essential, as training is provided)
