  2. A commitment to excellence in teaching and learning, with the ability to motivate and inspire both staff and pupils.
  3. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, fostering strong relationships with all stakeholders.
  4. A deep understanding of curriculum design, assessment, and safeguarding.
  5. The ability to work collaboratively and contribute to a positive, solution-focused leadership culture.

Why Join Alkrington Primary School?

  1. A welcoming and supportive community with enthusiastic, well-behaved pupils who love to learn.
  2. Support from all stakeholders, including the Governing Board, parents and wider community.
  3. A strong team ethos where staff feel valued, supported, and empowered to develop their careers.
  4. Excellent professional development opportunities to help you grow as a leader.
  5. A forward-thinking school that embraces innovation and strives for continuous improvement.

If you are an ambitious and dedicated professional with the vision and skills to make a real impact, we would love to hear from you. Visits to the school are warmly welcomed and encouraged.
