Teaching Personnel in partnership with local SEN provisions in and around the Burnley area are looking to hire an SEN Teacher.
The role
The role is available on a full-time basis with a view to start September 2025 up until the end of the academic year. The role is available due to a scheduled absence within school.
As a teacher working within an SEN provision, you will be required to differentiate your teaching to meet the needs of each pupil while following their EHC and IEP plans. The pupils in your care all need additional support both in their educational and overall development, meaning your teaching needs to be nurturing and easily adaptable. Some pupils may display challenging behaviours; you will need to work in a high-pressured environment, remaining calm and professional throughout, always putting your pupils' needs first.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
