Outcomes First Group is seeking a dedicated SEN Teacher for Park School in Chipping Norton. The role supports pupils with diverse SEN needs, delivering tailored lessons and creating an inclusive classroom environment.

The position offers 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday, during term time, with a starting date in October 2026. Applicants should have QTS (preferable) and GCSE English & Maths, with a passion for SEND education and a patient, collaborative approach.

Qualifications

• Qualified with QTS preferable.
• GCSE English and Maths or equivalent required.
• Passionate about SEND education and helping pupils overcome barriers to learning.
• Experienced in supporting children and young people with additional needs, including Autism and complex learning profiles.
• Patient, resilient and nurturing, with the ability to build positive relationships.
• Creative and adaptable, able to tailor learning to individual strengths and needs.
• A strong team player with excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Planning and delivering engaging, tailored lessons meeting individual learning needs.
• Adapting teaching approaches to support pupils with SEN, including Autism and complex needs.
• Monitoring, assessing and celebrating pupil progress, ensuring every learner reaches potential.
• Developing and reviewing IEPs and behaviour support strategies.
• Creating a safe, structured and inclusive classroom environment.
• Working with families and external professionals to achieve best outcomes for pupils.
