Responsibilities

• Teach small, focused classes with adapted lessons.
• Create engaging inclusive learning experiences.
• Develop personalised approaches to progress.
• Collaborate with Teaching Assistants and therapists.
• Monitor progress and adapt teaching.
• Support pupils' academic, social and personal development.
• Maintain a safe, nurturing classroom.
