TLTP Education is seeking a dedicated SEN Teacher for a specialist school in Uxbridge, supporting students aged 7-19 with complex learning difficulties and disabilities. You will plan and deliver engaging, personalised lessons, tailored to individual abilities and communication styles, helping learners build confidence and essential life skills.

You will work with Teaching Assistants and other professionals to provide a holistic approach to learning, monitoring progress against EHCP objectives

Competenze

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent recognised teaching qualification.
• Experience teaching or supporting students with special educational needs.
• Ability to adapt lessons and resources to meet a wide range of learning and communication needs.
• A patient, calm, compassionate and flexible approach.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
• Understanding of sensory needs and practical approaches to supporting engagement.
• Commitment to promoting independence, communication and personal development.
