Qualifications

• Hands-on experience teaching pupils with severe and complex learning needs.
• Concrete experience of behaviour support strategies within a complex SEN environment.
• Familiarity with EHCP processes and statutory documentation.

Responsibilities

• Support pupils aged 7 to 19 with severe and complex learning needs.
• Lead a class with TA support and deliver a highly differentiated curriculum.
• Work closely with a multidisciplinary team including Speech and Language Therapy.
