Our colleagues' wellbeing is at the heart of everything we do at OFG, so we're always looking for new ways to improve everyone's work/life balance. We're taking part in a trial of the 4-Day Working Week, meaning that you could be working one day less a week (or equivalent).

Location: Longdon Hall School, Lichfield, Staffordshire WS15 4PT
Salary: Up to GBP36,925.00 per annum
Hours: 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 8:30am - 4pm (4:30pm on Mondays)
Contract: Fixed Term (until May 2026) - Maternity Cover, Term Time Only
Start Date: September 2025

As a dynamic and motivated qualified teacher, you will have a passion for making a difference in the lives of pupils. You will respond to the needs of individuals with autism, learning difficulties, and complex needs, helping them flourish and thrive.
You will plan and deliver engaging learning daily, developing innovative methods to stimulate interest and excitement in the classroom. Working as a Teacher at Outcomes First Group allows you to work creatively, utilizing extensive resources and expert support.
You will observe, monitor, and assess students, ensuring their personal development and wellbeing are prioritized alongside academic progress.
You should be a passionate teacher and a great communicator, comfortable engaging with pupils with autism, learning difficulties, and complex needs, as well as contributing to the school's vision and direction.
