Location: Longdon Hall School, Lichfield, Staffordshire WS15 4PT
Salary: Up to GBP36,925.00 per annum
Hours: 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 8:30am-4pm (4:30pm on Mondays)
Contract: Fixed Term (until May 2026) - Maternity Cover, Term Time Only
Start Date: September 2025

As a qualified and passionate SEN Teacher, you will respond to the needs of pupils with autism, learning difficulties, and complex needs, helping them flourish and thrive. You will plan and deliver engaging lessons, develop innovative teaching methods, and monitor student progress, ensuring their personal development and wellbeing are prioritized.
We seek a passionate communicator, comfortable engaging with pupils with special needs and contributing to our school's vision. Building caring relationships with pupils and liaising with colleagues and professionals are key aspects of this role.
