An established industry player is seeking a dedicated SEN Teacher to join their team at a specialist school. Location: Longdon Hall School, Lichfield, Staffordshire WS15 4PT
Salary: Up to GBP36,925.00 per annum
Hours: 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 8:30am-4pm (4:30pm on Mondays)
Contract: Fixed Term (until May 2026) - Maternity Cover, Term Time Only
Start Date: September 2025

We now have a fantastic opportunity for a passionate SEN Teacher to join our close-knit team at Longdon Hall School, part of Acorn Education. In this role, you will respond to the needs of pupils with autism, learning difficulties, and complex needs, helping them thrive.
We are an independent specialist day school for pupils aged 7 to 18 with social, emotional, and mental health needs. Our dedicated team works collaboratively to ensure positive outcomes for our pupils.

Note: You'll work 80% of your contractual hours for 100% of your pay, subject to successful probation. The 4DWW is not a contractual benefit but aims to improve work/life balance.
