Job summary

Selwyn Hall School is seeking a dedicated Teacher to deliver the primary curriculum to a wide range of pupils within a new SEN environment. You will plan, prepare and present lessons tailored to individual needs to support each learner's progress and wellbeing.

The role requires Strong knowledge of the National Curriculum, and the ability to adapt teaching to meet diverse pupil needs. You will collaborate with staff, parents and professionals to ensure inclusive, high-quality education.

Qualifications

• Successful Primary School Teaching experience.
• A good knowledge of the National Curriculum.
• Ability to adapt teaching to meet pupils needs.

Responsibilities

• Plan, prepare and present lessons for a full range of abilities.
• Motivate pupils through enthusiastic, imaginative presentation.
• Collaborate with colleagues, parents and other professionals to maintain high educational standards.
• Monitor and assess pupils' progress and provide regular feedback to pupils, parents and colleagues.
• Use diverse teaching strategies and resources to promote engagement and learning.
• Create a safe and stimulating learning environment and maintain classroom discipline.
