Qualifications

• Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
• Recognised degree
• Passionate about inclusive education
• Experience supporting pupils with autism, communication differences, and complex learning needs
• Full UK driving licence

Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver creative, personalised lessons that engage pupils with SEMH, ASC and ADHD.
• Adapt teaching approaches using inclusive, sensory and structured strategies.
• Work collaboratively with teaching assistants, therapists and families to provide a consistent, holistic approach.
• Monitor, assess and celebrate pupil progress, adapting learning to achieve EHCP outcomes and individual targets.
• Encourage independence, communication and self-confidence through positive relationships and nurturing practice.
• Promote positive behaviour and emotional regulation to help pupils succeed.
• Create a safe, structured and stimulating learning environment where pupils feel motivated and proud of their achievements.
• Contribute to the wider life of the school and its continued growth and success.
