SEN Teacher (Autism & Complex Needs)
Prospero Teaching is proud to be working in partnership with a highly regarded specialist SEN School Trust based in Dorset, recruiting passionate and dedicated SEN Teachers to join their team from September 2025 or earlier for the right candidate.
About the School:
This specialist provision supports children and young people aged 3-16 with Autism Spectrum Condition (ASC) and Complex Needs, offering a nurturing, therapeutic, and aspirational learning environment. The school is deeply committed to helping every pupil achieve success and independence beyond the classroom.
About the Role:
As an SEN Teacher, you will deliver a personalised curriculum focused on functional skills, independence, and social confidence, supporting pupils in their preparation for adulthood, further education, employment, or apprenticeships. You'll work alongside a skilled team of teaching assistants, therapists, and multi-agency partners to create a classroom that is both supportive and goal-driven.
