SEN Teacher (Autism & Complex Needs)

This specialist provision supports children and young people aged 3-16 with Autism Spectrum Condition (ASC) and Complex Needs, offering a nurturing, therapeutic, and aspirational learning environment. About the Role:
As an SEN Teacher, you will deliver a personalised curriculum focused on functional skills, independence, and social confidence, supporting pupils in their preparation for adulthood, further education, employment, or apprenticeships. You'll work alongside a skilled team of teaching assistants, therapists, and multi-agency partners to create a classroom that is both supportive and goal-driven.
