Vision for Education are working with a specialist school in South Bristol looking to appoint a dedicated SEN Teacher to support pupils with a range of complex learning needs. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a welcoming school with excellent facilities and a supportive leadership team.
The school supports children and young people with a variety of additional needs, including autism, severe learning difficulties (SLD), profound and multiple learning disabilities (PMLD) and complex medical needs.
The roleAs the class teacher, you\'ll plan and deliver engaging, highly differentiated lessons that meet the individual needs of your pupils. You\'ll work closely with teaching assistants, therapists and families to create a safe, nurturing environment where every child can achieve their full potential.
You\'ll be responsible for setting personalised learning targets, monitoring progress and adapting your teaching to ensure every pupil is given the best opportunity to succeed.
This is a 0-hour contract, offering full-time hours with the opportunity to secure a permanent position with the school.
