Job summary

Queensway School in Telford is seeking a dedicated SEN Teacher to deliver high-quality teaching and pastoral support for pupils with EHC plans across KS2–4. The role focuses on autism and SEMH, with a chance to lead inclusive practice and work with families and professionals.

Qualifications

• Qualified teacher with QTS or equivalent
• Experience teaching SEN and pupils with autism, SEMH and complex needs
• Experience adapting lessons for EHCP outcomes and SEND requirements

Responsibilities

• Plan, teach and assess a broad curriculum across Key Stages 2–4 for pupils with EHCPs
• Lead classroom practice and work with teaching assistants to support pupils
• Collaborate with families, the SENCO, therapists and other professionals to meet pupil needs
