We are looking for an SEN Teacher for our Meadows View School in Stamford, Lincolnshire.

As an SEN Teacher, you will take a creative approach to teaching pupils according to their educational needs, ensuring delivery of the school curriculum in a way that maximises pupils' achievement and ability to develop.

The successful candidate must be familiar with and comfortable adopting a therapeutic approach to teaching and working with SEN/SEMH/Autistic pupils. You should be calm, engaging, resilient, and innovative, motivated by helping every pupil reach their potential.
Our New Options Autism School is a specialist school for young people aged 5-11 with complex communication needs, autism, and associated learning and emotional needs. The school, with a capacity of 25 pupils, is scheduled to open in Easter 2025.
