Job summary

Outcomes First Group is seeking a dedicated SEN Teacher for Park School in Chipping Norton. You will tailor learning to individual needs, teach in smaller classes and support students with Autism and other needs to build confidence and independence.

Qualifications

  • GCSE English and Maths or equivalent required.
  • QTS or equivalent desired.
  • Has experience supporting students with SEND, including Autism.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver engaging, personalised lessons that inspire and motivate students.
  • Adapt teaching approaches to meet a range of SEN needs, including Autism and complex learning needs.
  • Create a safe, nurturing and inclusive learning environment where students can thrive.
  • Monitor progress, celebrate achievements and support each student to reach their potential.
  • Develop and review individual learning plans and support strategies.
  • Collaborate with families, colleagues and external professionals to deliver outstanding outcomes.

Up to £43,000 per annum (dependant on experience, not pro rata)

Hours

37.5 per week | Monday to Friday | 8.30am - 4.30pm
