Outcomes First Group is seeking an SEN Teacher at Copper Fields School in Gunnislake, Cornwall, to deliver engaging, inclusive learning for pupils with SEND. The role may include aSubject Responsibility task to help shape curriculum across the school.

Job Title: SEN teacher (with potential for subject responsibility)
Location: Copper Fields School, Gunnislake, PL18 9EH
Salary: Up to £45,000 per annum (depending on experience, not pro rata)
Hours: 40.5 hours per week Monday 8.30am - 5.00pm Tuesday to Friday 8.30am - 4.30pm
Contract: Permanent Term Time Only
Start: January 2027

Working closely with a multi-disciplinary team, you'll create a safe and positive learning environment where every achievement is celebrated and every pupil is supported to reach their potential. For candidates with the relevant experience and ambition, there is also the opportunity to take on aSubject Responsibility role, helping to shape and develop an area of the curriculum across the school.
You'll build strong relationships with pupils, families and colleagues, helping young people develop confidence, independence and the skills they need for life beyond school.
