Job summary

The Education Network Birmingham is recruiting an SEN Teacher for a specialist school in Atherstone. The role is suitable for a QTS teacher with KS2 or KS3 experience, typically working with pupils who have Moderate Learning Difficulties.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

  • Create a structured, positive and engaging classroom environment.

  • Monitor pupil progress and contribute to learning plans and EHCP outcomes.
  • Promote independence, confidence and positive attitudes towards learning.

SEN Teacher - Special School

Are you a passionate and dedicated SEN Teacher looking for a rewarding opportunity within a specialist setting? This welcoming special school in Atherstone is looking to appoint a SEN Teacher to join its team.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a QTS teacher with either primary or secondary teaching experience. You will teach either a Key Stage 2 or Key Stage 3 class, working with pupils with Moderate Learning Difficulties (MLD) and adapting the curriculum to ensure learning is accessible, engaging and meaningful.

The school has an outstanding Headteacher who provides strong leadership and has created a positive culture where staff are well supported. With excellent facilities, specialist resources and a dedicated team of Teaching Assistants, you will have everything you need to help your pupils make progress and develop their confidence and independence.

The Role

The Successful Candidate Will Have
