1. Work alongside other members of staff such as teachers and teaching assistants to ensure that learners' needs are met.
2. Plan and deliver appropriate lessons that are engaging for the students and encourage them to reach their full potential.
3. Support children in their learning and development by encouraging them to explore new interests during lessons.
4. Build positive relationships with pupils, staff, and families.
5. Ensure any necessary documentation is completed in line with policy and procedure.
