Operam Limited in Newham is seeking a dedicated Teaching Assistant to support pupils in learning across class, in small groups and on a one-to-one basis.

This full-time role runs Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 4:00pm, with an enhanced DBS check and commitment to inclusive education within a welcoming school community in Newham.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Teaching Assistant or supporting children in an education setting.
• Warm, patient and engaging approach.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Job Details

Role: Teaching Assistant

Location: Newham

Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 4:00pm

Pay: £450 to £600 per week

We are partnering with a warm, welcoming and inclusive primary school in Newham that is looking for a dedicated Teaching Assistant to join their team. This is a full‑time opportunity starting as soon as possible, with the potential to continue into the next academic year.

• Support pupils with their learning in class, in small groups and on a one-to-one basis
• Help pupils stay engaged, follow instructions and complete learning activities
• Support pupils with additional needs where required
• Assist the teacher with classroom activities, resources and behaviour management
