Job summary

Qualiteach Education Group is seeking an experienced SEN TA for a role in Enfield. The post involves 1:1 support and small group interventions for children with SEN, including ASD and complex needs.

You will work closely with the class teacher to support communication, independence and emotional wellbeing in a SEN school for pupils aged 4-16. This is an ASAP start with daily rate £95-£110 DOE.

The Role - SEN TA

I am recruiting for an experienced SEN TA to provide 1:1 support and lead small group interventions for children with SEN, including ASD and complex needs.

The ideal SEN TA will have experience supporting children with additional needs, although this does not need to have been in a school setting. You will have a nurturing approach and be able to build positive relationships while keeping children engaged in their learning. You will work closely with the class teacher to support pupils' communication, independence and emotional wellbeing.

The School - SEN TA

This SEN school in Enfield supports children aged 4-16 and provides a safe, engaging learning environment. The staff work closely together to deliver stimulating activities that meet each pupil's individual needs.

The school offers fortnightly CPD and training led by the SLT, ensuring staff have a consistent approach to supporting pupils. There is on-site parking, and the school is a short walk from the nearest station, making it easily accessible by public transport.
