Job summary

Prospero Teaching is seeking a dedicated Teaching Assistant to join a school in Shropshire. You will support pupils with severe learning disabilities and complex needs, helping them access learning and develop independence.

The Role

As a Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with teachers and other professionals to provide high-quality, individualised support.

Previous experience working with severe learning disabilities, SEND, autism or complex needs would be an advantage, although we would also welcome applications from candidates who have the right attitude and are keen to develop their skills.
