Job summary

Snap Care in Gerrards Cross, SL9, seeks a dedicated SEN Support Worker to assist a 9-year-old girl with cerebral palsy, epilepsy and complex care needs. The role involves 37 hours per week on average, with more time during holidays and fewer hours in term time, and requires a driver.

A fully adapted home is provided to support daily care and activities. The successful candidate will have SEN/Neurodiversity experience, PEG feeding skills, and epilepsy knowledge to work closely with a caring home

Qualifications

• Experience supporting children or young people with SEN/Neurodiversity.
• PEG feeding experience.
• Epilepsy trained.

Responsibilities

• Support a 9-year-old girl with cerebral palsy and complex care needs.
• Assist with daily activities and routines.
