This role involves providing individualized support to pupils with complex needs, including autism and physical disabilities. Qualifications

• Experience as a Support Worker or Care Assistant.
• Understanding of complex SEN and medical needs.
• Willingness to support pupils with personal care needs.
• Ability to build trust and consistency.
• Enhanced DBS on the Update Service or willingness to apply.
• Full-time availability (Monday–Friday, term-time only).

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 and small-group support for pupils with complex SEN.
• Assist with personal care routines including feeding and mobility.
• Support physical and sensory needs using specialized equipment.
• Encourage emotional, social, and academic development.
• Work closely with educational and health professionals.
• Promote independence and confidence among pupils.
• Monitor and report on pupil engagement and progress.
