Job summary

Co-op Academy Leeds is seeking an Inclusion Support Worker to engage with students and help them overcome barriers to learning. You will work with individuals and groups who experience behavioural difficulties as a member of the Inclusion Team.

You will be provided with resources to implement intervention strategies that can positively impact young people. If you are driven and passionate about supporting learners, this role offers a rewarding and varied career within a supportive school

Qualifications

• Experience supporting students with behavioural difficulties.
• Ability to work with individuals and groups to overcom barriers to learning.

Responsibilities

• Engage with students to overcome barriers to learning, individually and in groups.
• Work as part of the Inclusion Team to implement intervention strategies that improve student outcomes.

Education

GCSE Maths and English grade 4-9 (A-C) or equivalent essential
