Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am - 3:30pm

Contract: Term Time Only

We are looking for a caring, dedicated and passionate person who will help in providing high quality support to learners and young people with different educational needs. Key Responsibilities:

• Provide 1:1 and small group support to a range of learners across the day
• Build positive and trusting relationships with learners.
• Support learners with their learning, development and engagement.
• Encourage continued positive behaviour choices, confidence and independence.
• Help maintain a calm, safe and inclusive learning environment for all.
• Follow all policies and procedures on a daily basis.

• Willing to learn and develop through hands on experience.
• Able to work effectively as part of a supportive team.
• Experienced working with children or young people is beneficial, but not essential.
• An Enhanced DBS check is required, or you must be willing to apply for one.
