Job summary

The Education Network, Willenhall, is seeking a psychology graduate for a secondary SEN support role from September 2026 to July 2027. You will provide 1:1 and small-group support for pupils with additional needs, helping them stay engaged in lessons and follow routines.

You will work closely with teachers and the SENCO to support progress. This role offers practical school-based experience before pursuing educational or clinical psychology.

Qualifications

• Degree in Psychology or related subject (2:2 or above).
• Clear and confident verbal and written communication.
• Enhanced DBS certificate held or willingness to obtain.
• Interest in education/working with children and SEND.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 and small-group SEN support across the school day.
• Help pupils stay engaged, follow routines and access learning.
• Collaborate with teachers and the SENCO to track progress and plan interventions.
