Make a Real Difference in Lambeth – SEN Support Assistants Needed in Primary Schools

Whether you’re after flexible day-to-day roles or more consistent long-term placements, we can find the right fit for you.

The Role:

In this rewarding role, you’ll be supporting children in EYFS, KS1, and KS2 who have special educational needs such as:

  • Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD)

  • ADHD

  • Speech, language, and communication challenges

  • Emotional regulation and behavioural needs

Your day-to-day responsibilities may include:

  • One-to-one and small group support

  • Implementing tailored learning and behaviour strategies

  • Encouraging confidence, independence, and positive relationships

  • Supporting classroom activities, transitions, and routines

Whether you’re stepping into different schools each day or embedding yourself in a long-term role, your impact will be felt.

We’re Looking For:
  • Kind, resilient, and proactive individuals

  • Experience working with children or young people (in school, youth work, or care settings)

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills

  • Any relevant SEN training (e.g. Makaton, PECS, Team Teach) is a plus, but not essential—we provide training!
