About the Role:

In this rewarding position, you’ll support children across EYFS, KS1, and KS2 who may have:

  • Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD)

  • ADHD

  • Communication and language needs

  • Social, emotional, or behavioural challenges

Day-to-day responsibilities include:

  • Providing 1:1 and small group support

  • Assisting with learning, play, and personal development

  • Helping to implement strategies to support emotional regulation and engagement

  • Collaborating with teachers, SENCOs, and parents to ensure consistent, positive progress

Who We’re Looking For:
  • Patient, caring, and enthusiastic individuals

  • Experience working with children or young people (education, care, or support settings)

  • Adaptability and strong communication skills

  • Any relevant SEN training (PECS, Makaton, Team Teach) is welcome but not essential—we offer free training
