Job description

GSL Education is working with friendly and progressive schools in Bishop's Stortford to recruit for various SEN Support roles. These positions involve working across all key stages, supporting children with Special Educational Needs (SEN) and Social, Emotional, and Mental Health (SEMH).

SEN Needs:
  • Autism
  • ADHD
  • Down's Syndrome
  • Moderate Learning Difficulties
SEMH Needs:
  • Anxiety
  • Depression
  • Trauma

The schools have supportive leadership teams, are located near local stations, and offer onsite parking.

Applications are welcome from candidates with varying levels of experience. Previous experience working with SEN students is advantageous but not mandatory. This role is suitable for aspiring or experienced SEN Support, Learning Support Assistants, Youth Workers, Support Workers, or graduates interested in education.
