Job summary

The successful candidate will support students with SEND, work across key areas, and contribute to high standards and safeguarding commitments. Interviews mid-October after closing 30 September 2026.

Qualifications

• Experience of working with secondary age children in education, health or social services
• Excellent communication skills with families, carers and students
• Knowledge of procedures, practices and techniques for behaviour management
• Absolute commitment to achieving the highest standards

• Support learning across SEND provision and mainstream classes
• Assist with behaviour management and classroom routines
• Liaise with families and carers to support student progress
• Contribute to safeguarding and welfare of pupils and school community
