Job summary

Qualifications

• GCSE English and Maths at grade C/4 or above.
• Experience supporting children with SEN at KS3/KS4.
• Level 2 or Level 3 qualification in Supporting Teaching and Learning.
• Commitment to safeguarding and welfare.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-to-one and small group support for students with SEN.
• Deliver tailored activities aligned to individual education plans.
• Support emotional, social, and behavioural development.
• Assist in adapting resources to meet needs.
• Monitor progress and share observations with staff.
• Support during breaks, visits, and extracurricular activities.
