Job summary

Nudge Education is seeking compassionate practitioners to provide 1:1 support for disengaged young people with SEN/SEMH needs in a community setting. You will deliver tailored interventions, build trusted relationships, and monitor progress while working with families and regional teams.

The role requires empathy, resilience and a willingness to adapt to challenging behaviours, with 2 years’ experience and a valid UK driving licence. Opportunities vary by location and student match.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years’ relevant experience.
• Experience supporting young people with SEN/SEMH.
• Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.
• Right to work in the UK.
• Flexible to work across weekdays.

Responsibilities

• Deliver tailored intervention sessions.
• Build positive relationships with young people.
• Monitor progress and report safeguarding concerns.
• Complete risk assessments and maintain records.
• Collaborate with families, professionals, and regional teams.
