We work closely with a well-established special school based in South Bristol that is looking for either full-time or part-time Learning Support Assistants (LSAs) to join the team from the summer term. The school caters to students aged 4-16 with various special needs.

The school has been operating successfully in Bristol for many years and is an integral part of the local community.

The role

The school is open to applications from both full-time and part-time candidates. Due to the SEMH needs of the students, it is essential that applicants are confident in managing challenging behaviour.

Candidates should be reliable, proactive, patient, and adaptable. Responsibilities include supporting the class teacher in keeping students on task and working one-on-one with the more challenging students.
