Job Description:

• Full-time / Long-term / Short-term
• 8:30am - 3:15pm
• Ideally immediate starts

We are working closely with special schools in the Devizes area seeking Learning Support Assistants (LSAs) to join their teams, ideally with immediate start. Various roles are available, primarily full-time.

These schools support students with SEMH & SEND needs (ASD, SEMH, SLD, MLD, PMLD, Complex Needs) aged 4-19.

The role

The LSA role varies by school but generally involves providing classroom support, 1-1 assistance, and helping teachers with their needs. Collaboration with other TAs is essential, so being a team player is important.

Experience working with special needs is required or preferred; previous support work in schools is advantageous, but applications from support workers are also welcomed.
